Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be in original condition, with proof of purchase. Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted; size issues are handled case by case.
To start a return, email salem@steezfish.com. Approved returns get a free shipping label while a 20% restocking fee applies.

Repairs
For damaged items, email us with pictures. If repairable, you cover shipping, and we’ll handle the repair for free.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. For any defects, damage, or wrong items, contact us immediately.

Exceptions

  • Stickers and gift cards are non-returnable, and sale items are not eligible for guaranteed returns

Refunds
Once we inspect your return, we’ll confirm if a refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. For delays over 15 days, email salem@steezfish.com.
