When I think about this, I’m inspired by two things in nature that understand this perfectly:

First, there's the rip current. To anyone else, it looks terrifying because it pulls you away from safety, but a surfer knows it’s a powerful tool to glide right past the crashing waves without burning all their energy.

Then, there’s the salmon swimming upstream. They fight a brutal, exhausting current not out of habit, but out of necessity—because that struggle is the only path to the quiet waters where they can bring forth new life.
